Thomas did his bachelors from SCET, Surat in 2006 and after having done his Masters in Architectural & Settlement Conservation from CEPT University in 2010 he worked as a Conservation Architect with the Heritage Cell of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for almost 4 years.

During his tenure with AMC, he has worked on many of the conservation projects as well as has worked from AMC’s side on the UNESCO Dossier for Ahmedabad’s nomination into World Heritage City status. Because of his experience and work he was one of the very few participants from all over the world to be selected for a course on ‘Conservation of Built Heritage in ROME by ICCROM in 2016.
